The dream job, the beautiful home and the lovely family are essentially just a backdrop that it is up to each and every one of us to fill with value and meaning.

In Note we have developed a therapeutic approach specifically for this problem. You will learn more about the underlying cause of the dissatisfaction. And you will be able to relate to your challenges in a way that they are no longer limiting for you:

You will learn how your system is affected by being constantly 'on', and what consequences a lack of recovery can have on your body and brain.
You will become better at structuring and planning your everyday life so that you have space for what is meaningful to you.
You gain an understanding of what drains you and what gives you energy, and you learn to manage your energy based on this knowledge.
You gain increased presence here and now, for example in the small moments that you often miss because you are 'full up'.
You become aware of what your values are and how you can give them more space.

As part of the course, we give you insight into cognition and neurology, so you have an overview of the underlying mechanisms in psychology. We map the variations in your energy level and work with mindfulness and the art of accommodating difficult emotions. The course is individual, and you are guided by a licensed psychologist.
