There are several elements that must function for us to thrive at work, such as the collegial community, the work tasks and the relationship with management.

Many people will encounter challenges during their working lives that have a major impact on their well-being and everyday life. It typically affects both your work and private life and disrupts your overall everyday life.

You may find it difficult to fall asleep, or you may wake up several times during the night thinking about your work. Sunday night can feel extra bad, and you may feel a clear physical resistance in your body as you approach your workplace. Many people feel lonely in such a situation, and it may seem overwhelming to find a solution on your own. If you stay in this state for too long, it can lead to tension and physical symptoms such as stomach pain, nausea and headaches, as well as anxiety and depression.
