Employees may have periods where they do not feel part of the collegial community, periods where they do not feel welcomed by their management, or periods where work seems less meaningful. Many employees feel ashamed in such a situation. They feel that they are not in control of their work life and are not performing as they and others expect. Many also feel alone with their problems, and it can seem overwhelming to find a solution on their own.

At Bemerk they offer several different treatments including increasing the well-being of your employees.

Going into this state over time can lead to exhaustion, physical symptoms such as stomach aches, nausea and headaches, as well as anxiety and depression. We spend many of our waking hours at work, so unhappiness in this context should be taken seriously.

If you have suspected dissatisfaction with one of your employees and experience that things are not getting better, we can help you. At Bemerk, we have developed a counseling process aimed at employees with work-related problems. Together with the employee, we create an overview of what feels problematic, gain clarity about the situation and create concrete points of impact where we focus the work. We create action strategies for what can be changed, and practice techniques for handling the conditions that remain as they are. The process consists of 5 conversations and includes an evaluation meeting with the manager after the 5 conversations.
