Med supervision bliver vi som fagpersoner opmærksomme på, hvordan vi selv er med til at farve relationerne til både kollegaer og kunder. Samtidig kan supervision bruges til at pejle retning for, hvordan vi ønsker at agere i vores arbejdsrelationer. Vi stiller skarpt på, hvordan vi ønsker at forvalte den rolle, vi har som fagperson, og hvordan vores redskaber og tilgang kan reflektere dette.
